Meeting 1:

Today we got in our groups and talked and finalised about which day we will be filming. We decided to film on 29th of February 2014 because we are all free that day. We had an issue where one of our team mate could not make it that day so we decided that we would still carry on filming nevertheless, she is also one of the actors in the opening sequence and we would need her for another day to be in the film when she is available. We also finalised which locations we would be going to and making sure that everyone was okay with the location. We also came across that our original opening sequence would be too long for the time we have which is only 2 minutes. So we decided we would cut some bits out or shorten some bits so it would fit in the time slot given.

Call Sheet

This is our Call sheet of the details of the cast and the crew and the locations needed and which date we will be filming at. We have also come up with a name for our film.

Production Schedule

This is me and my groups Production Schedule that we created for which day who we will need and what we will need in terms of equipment required and props and the crew rthat will be needed for that day. We also have the talent required which are the actors/characters and the location that will be needed where we are filming and the shot description of what will be happening in the first shot, second shot, etc.

Prop List

This is our Prop List of which props we will be using and in which scene. We have all the character names and how the props are relevant in the scene, this meaning what are the connotations and what symbolic meaning it has in the film.
