Presentation on Survey and also analysation.

This is a presentation on our findings of our primary research task. I have put it in a graph chart to show how many people favour which option. This is helpful because we can see what the audience would like in terms of location and the type of characters and what storyline they would be interested in. This would benefit us because we get to see what audiences would be interested in and we can base our film on this so our target audience would approve of our choices that we make for our film. Some problems that we encountered are for the location, most people would have rather have the location for our film set on a beach because it is more romantic, however, despite this, we have decided to still go with our original setting which was in a park near restaurants and this is because we would need a restaurant in our film. Also because it is more realistic for our Rom-com as well as the fact that it would be hard for us to film on a beach. Another information I have gathered from this primary research is what types of Romantic films they favour. The films that they have written down are some of the films which I have based my Research Task on and most of these films have inspired me to recreate some scenes or use some effects from that particular film for my very own. For example, most people have chosen that they liked the film "Friends with Benefits", this is valuable information for us because we have decided to recreate a crucial scene from this film for our own and the fact that audience like this film would mean they would like our film that we would make, recreated some shots from this film. Another thing that went well from this primary research is the type of characters the audience would like to see in a Romantic/Rom-com film. The answers they gave matched the answers we originally planned to have our characters in, so this benefited us because we now know the audience would like the characters we would choose for our film.
